Return Policy

All sales are final. Before finalizing your purchase, please ensure you have chosen the correct size and style of your items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate and rectify the situation.

• Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• Items must have all tags attached.
• Accessories cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.  All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. In original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached.

Refunds
Unfortunately we do not refund items.
